Yoga is great, it reduces your stress and increase your
energy. I do yoga with Wai Lana in the morning that airs on KOCE
TV. Her fashion is kind of, um, unique, but she is great, she even
dances at the end too! I've been doing yoga more than 4 years before
I found this channel, now I don't need to go to the studio!!
