Wake up and smell the coffee. Good for you you've got somebody that makes coffee for you, or you can simply get a coffee maker with an automatic timer. Life is too short to drink cheap coffee.

I just organized our CD rack. We have more than 300 CDs (not including burned CDs). We have thousands of songs in our music library and they're all good.

I do yoga in the morning with Wai Lana Yoga, she airs in the morning at KOCE Television.
